Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

It is imperative that all guests abide by these times. Our cleaning staff needs to start cleaning immediately in order to clean all rentals within the allotted timeframe. If you arrive early and unpack and the condo has not yet been cleaned, then our cleaning staff cannot, and for liability reasons, will not clean your unit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Q. How do I get the keys?

A. Upon your arrival at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, pick up your keys at the manager’s office at Oyster Pond at Chatham. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m. ~ our cleaning crew cannot clean the unit if you arrive early and unpack.

Q. How do I get a beach sticker?

A. Beach stickers are not necessary for Chatham Lighthouse Beach. Beach stickers for Hardings, Ridgevale, Cockle Cove and Schoolhouse Pond are available for $20/day or $75.00/Week and can be purchased at each beach parking lot KIOSK.

Q. What about sheets and towels?

A. Although many condo rentals in Chatham do not include sheets and towels, at Oyster Pond Condominiums, sheets and towels ARE included.

Q. Is there somewhere I can rent a crib or high chair?

A. We have one crib available at no charge, first come, first served.
